Keto Recipe: Peanut Butter Bombs

Ingredients:
• 4 oz of cream cheese
• 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
• 2 Tbsp of a keto-friendly sweetener (ex: Swerve)
Directions:
1. Mix the peanut butter and keto-friendly sweetener in a medium bowl until just combined.
2. In a separate bowl, microwave the cream cheese until soft (about 10 seconds). Add the cream cheese to the peanut butter mixture and stir until smooth.
3. Divide the mixture into equal parts (approximately 14 scoops) and place each portion on a cookie sheet. Next, freeze the peanut butter bombs until solid (approximately 2 hours).
4. Serve frozen, and enjoy!
