Keto Breakfast: Ham & Cheese Egg Cups

Serves 12 - 156 Calories Per Serving

Ingredients

•   12 slices of ham

•   12 large eggs

•   1 cup shredded cheese

•   Kosher salt, to taste

•   Ground pepper, to taste

•   1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish

 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. Line each cup with a slice of ham and sprinkle each slice of ham with cheese. Next, crack an egg into each up and season with salt and pepper.

3. Bake until eggs are cooked through (about 10-12 minutes, depending on how cooked you prefer your yokes).

4. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
