Keto Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

Serves 10 - ONLY 10 CALORIES PER SERVING!

Just because you follow a keto diet does not mean you have to pass on yummy side dishes and hors d’oeuvres during the holidays! Check out these decadent crab-stuffed mushrooms that will have you going back for more.

 

Ingredients:

  • 20 button mushrooms (stems and gills removed)

  • 2 cups cooked crab meat, finely chopped (canned or fresh is fine)

  • 3 Tbsp of chives, minced

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp of dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp of dried thyme

  • 1/4 tsp of mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.

  2. Mix everything but the mushrooms in a large bowl.

  3. Scoop a generous serving of the stuffing into each mushroom cavity and place the filled mushrooms on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes and serve warm!
