Keto Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
Just because you follow a keto diet does not mean you have to pass on yummy side dishes and hors d’oeuvres during the holidays! Check out these decadent crab-stuffed mushrooms that will have you going back for more.
Ingredients:
20 button mushrooms (stems and gills removed)
2 cups cooked crab meat, finely chopped (canned or fresh is fine)
3 Tbsp of chives, minced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 tsp of dried oregano
1/4 tsp of dried thyme
1/4 tsp of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F.
Mix everything but the mushrooms in a large bowl.
Scoop a generous serving of the stuffing into each mushroom cavity and place the filled mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve warm!
